Antonio is currently a Principal and Co-Founder of Citius AG. His career started in 2001 and has since gained extensive experience in Industrial Real Estate, with specific expertise in tenant representation. Antonio is fully bilingual and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business which has allowed him to assist multi-national corporations to make a soft landing in different markets in Mexico.  

Antonio is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), which has helped him develop a comprehensive network of co-brokerage relations throughout the USA and other countries.  

Antonio is in charge of the North-Central Region for Citius AG, being responsible for the development of growth strategies, corporate accounts, and new lines of business such as Capital Markets.  

Some of Antonio’s most important collaborations in tenant representation projects include: Navistar, Regal Beloit, DHL, The TORO Company, 3M, Luminar, Xusheng (China), and KUKA (China).  

Antonio has resided in different cities in Mexico as his career was developing and he now lives in Monterrey, Mexico.

René Guajardo is a prominent professional in the real estate sector, who has been with Citius AG since 2006 and currently serves as the Director of Consulting Services. His expertise spans market research and intelligence, site analysis and selection, as well as design and solution of real estate projects.  

Before joining Citius AG, René contributed to industrial, commercial, and residential development projects at various leading real estate companies. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the Universidad Metropolitana de Monterrey and a Master's Degree in Real Estate Valuation from the Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila, bringing his expertise, leadership, collaboration, and solutions in market analysis and real estate development to the industry.
