Miguel Cavazos is a distinguished Mexican business professional with more than two decades of experience in corporate real estate services, aiding multinational organizations in establishing their operations within Mexico. He played a key role in co-founding Citius Capital, a company that specializes in real estate transactions, and subsequently merged with another company to create Citius Advisory Group, where he currently serves as the Managing Partner. Mr. Cavazos boasts an impressive track record of successful transactions in national territory, having collaborated with esteemed companies such as Amazon, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Electric, Sumitomo, IKANO, DSV, and LG Magna, as well as private investment funds.   

Over the years, Mr. Cavazos and his team of expert advisors have consistently demonstrated their skills in managing a wide range of site selection projects across the country. Their unwavering dedication and hard work have resulted in the successful closure of over 150 projects yearly, which has contributed significantly to the growth and success of the company. As a result, Citius AG has become the leading provider of real estate services in Mexico.  

Throughout his career, Mr. Cavazos has also contributed to several international organizations. He served as the President of the International Committee at “CORFAC International”, from 2018-2019. Subsequently, he assumed the Presidency of the “SIOR Mexico Chapter” from 2019 to 2020, where he contributed immensely to the chapter’s growth and development. Currently, is a member of the International Trade Committee of the Monterrey Chapter of the American Chamber of Commerce, as well as a top member of the Board of Directors of Invest Monterrey.  

Mr. Cavazos' impressive credentials include a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Tecnologico de Monterrey. Furthermore, he completed IPADE's Senior Executives Management Program (AD2) in June 2013. Also, he is a "CCIM" (Certified Commercial Investment Member), which is a highly esteemed designation in the real estate industry. Additionally, he is also a "SIOR" (Society of Industrial & Office Realtors) designee, which is another globally recognized designation that distinguishes individuals who have shown exceptional skills and experience in the corporate real estate sectors.  

Furthermore, it is worth noting that Mr. Cavazos has made strategic investments in various companies that are directly and indirectly related to his primary business. These ventures include development and construction, print media, and rental equipment. Mr. Cavazos and his family live in Monterrey, Mexico, and despite a busy schedule, he balances work and family life and enjoys traveling and staying healthy with his loved ones.
