As Principal & Co-Founder of Citius Advisory Group, Felix G. Tejada is in charge of developing strategy and implementing transactions related to managing Corporate Real Estate portfolios for multinational clients throughout Mexico. Mr. Tejada has 25 years of corporate real estate experience in Mexico, starting with the company he co-founded (The Alles Group) and continuing with the recently merged company Citius Advisory Group. Mr Tejada is widely considered a leading expert throughout the Mexican industrial real estate and construction industries. He has a long track record of successfully guiding local, national, and multinational clients with their site selection and commercial real estate acquisitions; some of his key clients include Whirlpool, Emerson, AutoZone Mexico, and Freudenberg, as well as leading Mexican private equity & family office groups.

Felix and his industrial team of advisors have been responsible for coordinating site selection projects for industrial clients that resulted in more than 150 million square feet of absorption throughout Mexico and Latin America over the past 22 years. In addition, Felix and his team have been responsible for advising several mixed-used projects throughout Northern Mexico, including the renowned Pelli-Clarke Pelli “Arboleda” masterplan in Monterrey.

From March 2008 to January 2010, Felix served as President of the Mexican Commercial Brokerage association in Monterrey. He founded the Mexican SIOR chapter in 2013 and is currently serving on the SIOR Global Board of Directors. He has also served on the American Chamber of Mexico Board of Directors since 2006. Felix is also an active participant in the development and implementation of programs for the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) in Mexico since 2015.

Felix graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida with a B.A. degree in Latin American Studies and Caribbean Affairs. He is fully bilingual and also speaks functional French. Felix and his family live in the Texas Hill Country; he spends most of his time commuting between Monterrey, Mexico City, and Central Texas. In his free time, he loves to play golf, fishing & scuba, or hiking with his wife and three kids.
