Dario has a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Monterrey Technology Institute (ITESM). He obtained a designation in 2011 from the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM) and has been an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) since 2013.  

He has 26 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector including 6 years working for 2 of the most recognized industrial park developers in Mexico, GP Group, and Corporate Properties of the Americas.

He co-founded Citius Capital in 2003, and his ample experience representing companies in their site selection process has given him good recognition in the Northern and Central markets in Mexico. In 2020, Citius Capital and The Alles Group Monterrey merged into one company Citius Advisory Group (Citius AG) becoming the leading and largest independent commercial real estate advisory firm in Mexico.

Dario currently resides in Queretaro, and he is responsible for the operations of the company in the Bajio

Juan José, one of our Senior Brokers at the Queretaro office, has been part of Citius for 13 years. Before that, he was the Head of the Investment Promotion Department at the Queretaro State Government office. Hardworking and a perfectionist, Juan José has a degree in International Commerce and studied for an MBA in Germany. He loves learning new languages and enjoys connecting with others on the golf course.
